“You educate a man; you educate a man. You educate a woman; you educate a generation.” – Brigham Young
Becoming or should I say, being a woman is always, always a gift. As a daughter, she opens heaven’s door for her father. As an adult, she perfects her husband’s religion. As a mother, heaven is under her feet.
Being a woman means getting up very early in the morning to take care of herself and the people around her. Being a woman means studying every day, all the time, to prepare not only for her future but also for the future of her children so that they will be educated and taught by an intelligence person at home (their mother). Being a woman means having to deal with menstrual cramps and preparing self to be a child-bearer in the future. Being a woman, if I have to put it simply, is a blessing and a challenge, and I’m grateful.
